On average 22,400 copies are hand delivered within the Valley and 250+ copies are available at local real estate brokerages. As well they also offer the paper to be viewed online, reaching a much broader audience, as many buyers come from out of town.

Feature sheets are a great way to capture the highlights of your home. I hire Square Foot Studios to measure all of my listings and draw up floorplans. Not only does this provide accurate measurement, it is also a great marketing tool. Buyers love to see floorplans when shopping for a new home. It allows them to envision how their furnishings will fit, as well lets them know if the layout will work for them and their family. The floorplans can be viewed online, as well they are readilly available in the info pack on your sign post in front of your house.

All open houses will be hosted by myself, not assistants, and have proper directional signs making it easy for potential buyers to find.
